How to participate
• The competition takes place on the Rasoi App & Facebook
• Follow the instructions in the competition update in the Rasoi App and facebook.
• Age limit for participation in the competition is min. 18 years.
• Only people living in Denmark can win AND vote in the competition.
• The competition is not conditional on purchase.
• It is a condition for participation that you have an email address.

Drawing of winners
• The winner is the one who gets the most votes on their picture and has met the requirements to participate in the competition update.
• The winner will be notified directly by email, and will be announced on Rasoi's Facebook page. 


Prices
• The prize is a 3-course dinner for 2 at Restaurant Rasoi (without drinks) The prize has a value of DKK 700.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
• Rasoi assumes no responsibility for the prize, neither liability for defects, product liability nor otherwise.
• The prize is sponsored by Rasoi.

• The prize is personal and may not be sold or given away.

Use of personal data
• By participating in the competition, consent is also given for your name and the submitted picture to be published on Rasoi's Facebook profile, www.facebook.com/rasoi.dk, and or Instagram, Twitter and Rasoi's own app as well as www.rasoi .dk  registration of name and other necessary contact information. The information you provide in connection with the competition will only be available to Rasoi, as the provider of the competition, and Instawin, as the technical supplier for the competition.

 

• The contact information will only be used for contact in connection with the competition.

• All personal data that is transferred during registration is stored under secure conditions.

• Rasoi or its technical service provider, never give out/publish e-mail or phone no.

Moreover
• Rasoi is not responsible for any printing errors. 
• If cheating is suspected, Rasoi has the right to exclude participants. Likewise, inappropriate images are deleted 
• Employees of Rasoi and Instawin and their spouses/boyfriends/children may not participate in the competition.
•Facebook is not involved in the competition, either in the form of administration, sponsorship or otherwise.
• Rasoi reserves the right at any time to possibly adapt the conditions and mechanics of this competition.
