Please pay special attention to

 

• Remember to bring your ticket at email to the restaurant (you do not need to print the ticket).

• You have the table from the stated dining time, unless otherwise stated.

• The ticket can only be used on the day it is booked

• When buying a table, you cannot get the money back, but it is allowed to pass on the ticket.

 

In general

When you shop at Rasoi.dk, you shop with Rasoi KBH ApS (CVR: 33263023). At Rasoi.dk you can buy tickets for Rasoi Early dinner. The ticket is not personal and can therefore be transferred to a third party. The same conditions apply regardless of whether the ticket is issued to the customer or transferred to a third party.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy tickets on rasoidk. When purchasing a ticket on rasoi.dk, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket on rasoi.dk, you then accept these conditions.

 

Inquiries to Rasoi on the internet and purchases on the internet are considered the buyer's personal inquiry at Rasoi's place of business in Denmark.

You cannot combine your Rasoi Early ticket with other discount schemes.

Agreements on the website are concluded in Danish and according to Danish law.

 

Order

• The ticket can be bought online via www.rasoi.dk

• When you order tickets, Rasoi requests information (e.g. name, e-mail, and payment card information) to conclude the agreement.

• When the purchase has been completed, a reference number will be sent per e-mail to the e-mail address that you specify in connection with the order. The reference number is sent immediately after ordering, when and if the purchase is registered.

• The sale of the ticket will not be possible if the payment is not successful at the first attempt (e.g. because the credit card number is incorrect or the card has reached the credit limit)

• During the order process, you can correct your order at any time.

• Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we store the order information. You can see your order information on the receipt that will be sent to your e-mail address.

 

Payment

Payments are made by payment card immediately, when purchasing on rasoi.dk (e.g. Visa and Mastercard). Fees may be added depending on which payment card you use, and the fee will appear clearly and distinctly according to which payment card you choose to use.

 

Redemption of tickets

The ticket can only be redeemed at the partner restaurant the ticket was purchased for.

All tickets are provided with a unique reference number. Copying or manipulation of the tickets is not permitted. In the event of suspicion of copying or manipulation, Early Bird reserves the right to pass on the relevant collected information to the respective cooperating restaurant and/or to the authorities and to exclude the user from Early Bird. In addition, claims can be made against the user in order to obtain compensation for the damage, and the loss of value which it may have caused.

The validity period for your ticket is indicated on the proof, and also appears during the order process. As the ticket relates to an item which is only offered by rasoi in a certain limited time interval, the validity of the ticket is automatically limited to this.

The validity period for your ticket is the day of purchase itself and from the start time and end time stated on the ticket. If you therefore arrive later than the specified start time, you still only have the table for the end time.

 

If the ticket is not redeemed in time, i.e. no later than 30 minutes after the stated meal time , the right to the goods or services in question is forfeited. In that case, you are also not entitled to any other form of compensation or compensation. The ticket cannot be redeemed for money.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

You cannot get a refund for your ticket, but it is allowed to pass it on to a third party.

According to the "Act on certain consumer agreements § 17 subsection 2 cf. § 9 subsection 2 no. 2a" the purchase of our tickets is not covered by the right of cancellation.

Purchased tickets are only refunded in case of cancellation by rasoi. Rasoi only refunds to the bank account number that refers to the credit card used for payment via rasoi.dk.

Once rasoi has received your order for the ticket, it is not possible to cancel or change the content of the ticket, e.g. time, date, menu or other significant changes. Except in cases where you have the right to cancel the order.

Reference is made to the general rules of contract and purchase law under Danish law, including the rules on consumer purchases.

 

Limitation of liability and reservations

Rasoi reserves the right for any writing and printing errors. As a customer of Rasoi, you yourself are responsible for the technical equipment and software required to be able to use Rasoi.dk, this applies e.g. Internet access, browser, e-mail, etc. Early Bird cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from using rasoi.dk, such as loss of data or damage to your computer system.

Upon the buyer's acceptance of these terms, Rasoi cannot be held liable for damages according to the Liability Act or general principles of tort law otherwise, for any loss that the buyer or the recipient of the ticket may suffer as a result of the use of Rasoi 

If Rasoi despite the above could be held liable, the liability is always maximized to the payment you have made for the ticket which is the cause of any damage.

Change of conditions

Rasoi can change these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be available at all times at rasoi.dk

 

Choice of law and disputes

Purchases made via rasoi.dk, which are linked to the above terms etc., are subject to Danish law.

When you use rasoi.dk, you agree that any dispute between you and Rasoi, regarding the above terms etc., must be settled by the Copenhagen district court.

 

 

Personal information & security

All information is processed in accordance with the applicable law on personal data. rasoi.dk may use the information provided by the customer himself at the time of purchase, when using the rasoi.dk service. This includes that when you complete a purchase, you also accept that rasoi will send you newsletters. These can always be unsubscribed.

Information is processed to improve performance on the website and for this, customer data can be used, specifically any statistics on purchasing behaviour, technical purposes, follow-up or market research.

When using and purchasing products supplied by rasoi.dk, the customer accepts that this may take place and that there may be can be addressed to the customer in the form of the information that has been made available at the time of purchase. The customer will be entitled at any time to demand that this does not take place in the event of a inquiry.
